After my role was made redundant in 2023, I decided a few things:
I used to bake a lot to alleviate stress, but for the years succeeding uni, I was too stressed to find the kind of time to bake again (plus I didn't have people to feed). It's amazing how things can change when you're not working 40 hours a week.
I want to use this website to document my creations over the year, take some nicer photos and most importantly, make my food available to the local world! Follow me as I take you on the journey - you'll find some food inspiration, the reality of getting food-certified and hopefully see some pretty photos too.
